Privacy policy

1. General

This privacy policy follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on personal data. It sets out how personal data is processed and protected. The operator is Emaylio.

1.1. The operator’s purpose is to respect the rights of the person, including privacy.

1.2. The policy covers information the operator can receive about visitors of https://emaylio.ru.

2. Terms

2.1. The site is the material available at https://emaylio.ru.

2.2. A user is any visitor.

2.3. Personal data is any information that relates, directly or indirectly, to an identifiable user.

2.4. Processing is any action on that data, including collection, storage, use, transfer, blocking and deletion.

2.5. The operator is Emaylio, 109147 Moscow, Taganskaya st. 11/22.

2.6. Cookies are small data files on the user’s device. They keep the site working and remember the choice in the notice.

3. Operator’s rights and duties

3.1. The operator may ask for accurate information, continue processing without consent where the law still allows it, and choose protective measures where the law does not fix a closed list.

3.2. The operator must explain the processing to the person, answer requests, reply to the authority within the statutory period, keep this policy available, and protect data from unlawful access, loss, alteration and disclosure.

4. The person’s rights and duties

4.1. The person may ask what data is processed, demand correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated or unlawful, withdraw consent, object to processing for marketing, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.

4.2. The person should provide accurate data and report changes.

4.3. Anyone who submits false data, or another person’s data without consent, is liable under Russian law.

5. Principles

Processing is lawful and fair, limited to defined purposes and to the data those purposes need. Databases with incompatible purposes are not merged. Inaccurate data is corrected or deleted. Storage lasts no longer than the purpose, the contract or the law requires. After that the data is deleted or de-identified.

6. Conditions

The operator processes personal data with the person’s consent, where needed to perform or conclude a contract the person started, where the law requires it, and in the other cases Article 6 of the personal-data law names. Data becomes public only if the person opened access to it.

7. Collection, storage and disclosure

7.1. Through the site the operator may receive a name, an email address and the text of a message from the contact and subscribe forms, plus technical data: IP address, browser, device, visit time and cookies.

7.2. The operator does not ask for special-category data and does not publish personal data without separate consent.

7.3. Data is not passed to third parties except where the law requires it or the person agreed to a transfer needed to perform a contract. Hosting and email delivery receive only what the site and the form message need.

7.4. Corrections: email emaylio@mail.ru with the subject “Personal data update”.

7.5. Withdrawal of consent: the same address with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal-data processing”. Processing stops unless another lawful ground remains.

7.6. Messages from the site are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a statute requires longer. Contract records follow accounting and tax retention periods.

7.7. Data collected by third-party services is handled under their own rules. The operator is not responsible for those parties.

8. Cookies

8.1. The site uses cookies so pages work and so the cookie choice is remembered.

8.2. No third-party analytics counter is installed. The notice stores only the fact of consent in the browser.

8.3. Cookies can be limited in the browser. Some site features may then work less well.

9. Cross-border transfer

Before personal data of site visitors is sent to another country, the operator follows the personal-data law: it assesses protection in that country and notifies the authority where the law requires notice. A campaign a client sends through Emaylio SMTP is governed by a separate instruction. This policy is about site visitors, not about a client’s mailing list.

10. Confidentiality

The operator and anyone who receives access do not disclose personal data to third parties or publish it without the person’s consent, unless a federal law says otherwise.

11. Final provisions

Questions about this processing go to emaylio@mail.ru. A new version applies when it is published on the site, unless it names another date. The current text is at https://emaylio.ru/politika-konfidencialnosti. The authority is Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru).

The site is informational and is not a public offer under article 437 of the Civil Code. This policy is not a legal opinion on a particular campaign.
